ENGIPAR Consultants provides the projectand construction management to clients and responding to their requests, deals with the entire project process, coordination withcontractor(s)and on-site control. On sitesupervision works are spliton three basic supporting pillars: quality, cost,and planning.

The services offered by our company at construction site also include hygiene, safety, and environmental control. HSA's monitoring work includes among other things the safety of all employees working on-site guarantee, recording and reporting associated with safety issues and mitigating effort on environmental impact.

Our teamalso advise the implementation of construction project management Lean methodology, creating greatervalue for clients with fewer resources.This objective is achieved by following someprinciples: eliminatewaste, build with quality, create knowledge, postpone commitments, fastdeliver,respect people,and optimize the whole (seven Lean principles).
